ONLINE ORDERS CAN'T BE REFUNDED OR EXCHANGED AT OUR STORES.
FOR ANY RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
We offer two easy exchange methods:
1. Standard Exchange:
- Send back the original item.
- Once we inspect and approve the return, you can select a replacement.
- Your new item will be shipped as soon as the return is confirmed.
- shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Items must be returned or exchanged in their original condition, with all original tags and packing intact, within 14 days pf receiving your order.
2. Quick Exchange
- You don’t have to wait — simply place a new order right away.
- Then, request a refund for the original item.
- Once the returned item is received and approved, we’ll process your refund via your original payment method.

- You may return your item within 14 days of receiving it.
- Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Once your return is received and passes inspection, your refund will be processed within 7–14 working days via your original payment method (Card or InstaPay).
